Micel began in May 2008 with the name Finestrella providing loans to buyers of mobile phones. It was then that we realized it was more important for users to access to cheaper plans with pre paid service and the company was created now with the micel name to help the majority of Mexicans who have no card credit have a postpaid plan at your fingertips.
