Founded in 1993 Promotora de Desarrollo Cooperativo de Las Segovias Sociedad Anonima (PRODECOOP) is a second level coffee processing and marketing association serving 2300 smallholder farmers from 40 cooperatives in Nicaragua s north central mountains. A registered Fair Trade organization PRODECOOP is one of the largest coffee farmer organizations in Nicaragua.
