Overview

Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) was founded by Reid Dennis in 1980. IVP was one of the first venture firms on Sand Hill Road, and Reid put IVP on the map by raising the first IVP fund, a $22 million venture capital fund. Over thirty years later, the firm continues to partner with exceptional entrepreneurs to create market leaders for the future. IVP recently raised IVP XIV, a $1 billion later-stage venture capital and growth equity fund, and manages $4 billion in committed capital.
