Overview
Fluid Screen grew out of the Reed lab at Yale University and was spun out as an independent entrepreneurial venture. Founder and co inventor Monika Weber began work on the technology as a part of her doctoral studies in 2009. Today Fluid Screen is an early stage start up based in Cambridge MA.Near term the company's focus is to build a strong business base in the U.S. water testing and food safety categories with an estimated total addressable market of over $1 billion. Longer term the company s vision is to extend this fast accurate and affordable technology to medical diagnostics and a range of other related fluid testing applications globally
