The Ethical Property Company is a social business providing office and meeting space to over a 1000 charities not for profit organisations and voluntary groups across the UK each year. They tenants work in variety of sectors from homelessness to animal welfare from sustainable transport to drug rehabilitation. They aim to ensure that our centers act as platforms from which our tenants can deliver a lasting and positive social impact. They business model is based upon achieving this collective ambition by setting ourselves ambitious social environmental and financial targets and ensuring that they performance communications and governance are as transparent as possible.
