Overview

Closed Loop Fund is a social impact investment fund that provides municipalities access to the capital required to build comprehensive recycling programs. Taking a lesson from the success of the impact investing sector in accelerating the growth of clean technology investments and recognizing the need for a viable market solution, the Closed Loop Fund was created in early 2014 to provide municipalities with access to capital to build comprehensive recycling programs. The bank: a conglomerate of companies vested in finding a national solution to ending waste to landfill.
