Overview

House of Irico (HOI) is a for profit platform (half enterprise and half foundation) founded to alleviate through social actions emergencies and challenges born from the violence faced by Congolese (DRC) refugees expelled from Brazzaville the Republic of Congo. HOI educates girls and young women from 10 to 25 years old from rural communities and it has created an awareness campaign for Congolese women in the need across the DRC in particular and later in Central Africa at large to have access to free recyclable sanitary pads.
