Overview

The CMDPDH has consultative status with the Organization of American States and the Organization of the United Nations. He is a member of the International Federation of Human Rights. It is part of several networks such as the Coalition for the International Criminal Court the National Citizen Observatory of Feminicide the Citizen Observatory of the Justice System the International Network for Economic Social and Cultural Rights and the International Coalition of Organizations for Rights Human in the Americas. Contribute to the consolidation of a democratic State based on a culture of respect protection and guarantee of human rights from an integral and multidisciplinary perspective that promotes structural changes. We are a civil organization with national and international recognition innovative and with extensive experience in the promotion and effective defense of human rights. The CMDPDH carries out its vision through the dissemination and integral defense of human rights in Mexico for which it has the following strategic areas advocacy promotion research integral defense. The program was designed to train Mexican attorneys and human rights advocates how to bring cases in the Inter American System on Human rights. Cases are brought with various NGOs workshops and trainings are held around the country and a manual was created. Human rights practice has evolved significantly over the last 15 years and today Mexican NGOs rotuinely bring cases to the Inter American Commission so that a separate program or organization ceased to be necessary.
