Overview

Parans Solar Lighting provides natural light for indoor environments through an innovative system that collects and transports the rays of the sun. Parans, who has developed and patented the technology, primarily addresses building owners, building architects and private individuals worldwide through authorized dealers. Parans Solar Lighting customers require high quality and a healthy indoor environment in an energy efficient way. The company was founded in 2002 and the first version of Parans' patented technology was commercialized in 2004. The technology was developed through extensive R&D in collaboration with Chalmers Technical University in Gothenburg, Sweden. The product was conceived from a desire to improve the possibility of bringing sunlight into school classrooms and improve the indoor environment.
