BOULDER – Local venture capitalist and natural foods executive Tom Spier has formed Boulder Food Group LP, an entity that has so far raised $32.8 million for a new pooled investment fund. The capital raise showed up in a recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing as part of a $55 million offering by Boulder Food Group. Four investors have participated in the round according to the filing.
