BEPC was created to provide investors with greater flexibility in how they access BEP s globally diversified portfolio of high quality renewable power assets. Class A shares of BEPC are structured to provide an economic return equivalent to BEP units through a traditional corporate structure. Each BEPC Class A share has same distribution as a BEP unit and is exchangeable at the shareholders option for one BEP unit.
