Overview

SC Community Loan Fund's mission of supporting the development of vibrant, sustainable communities the Low country Housing Trust has expanded our loan programs from exclusively financing affordable housing to also finance healthy food retail, community facilities, and community businesses. All of its loan programs, technical assistance services, and advocacy initiatives will now be available statewide. As a result of this expansion, it needed a new name that better represents the growth and future of the organization.
