Overview
SENS Network was established in 2011 by the Group 484 with the support of the Italian UniCredit Foundation which has a long tradition of financing and supporting the social entrepreneurship sector throughout South East Europe. SENS today gathers 30 members from all over Serbia which include citizens' associations professional rehabilitation of persons with disabilities limited liability companies and others. SENS aims to provide education expert advice and promotion to members at all stages of starting and running a business. It therefore provides its members with the most relevant information in the field of social entrepreneurship and offers educational materials and education in the field of business. SENS lobby for social entrepreneurship with stakeholders from the public and private sector provides advice and assistance in securing new sources of financing in Serbia and organizes meetings conferences and lectures. In addition SENS promotes social enterprises with potential customers of their products as well as users of their services. SENS Network is administered by the IDC and Smart Collective Initiative for Development and Cooperation.
