Mr. Berman has conceived and built many successful companies over the past three decades. Mr Berman is the CEO and Board Member at Grower's Secret Inc. a life science company that produces an OMRI listed nitrogen & plant growth enhancer that is added to many other fertilizers. Mr. Berman was instrumental in GSI's investment in Midwestern BioAg Inc. He was the COB and CEO of United Consumer Benefits Network Inc a loyalty marketing company. In addition he was the Founder & Chairman of UniPrivacy Inc dba DeleteNow a company founded to help consumers avoid identity theft.Prior to his role at UCBN Inc and previous to his founding UniPrivacy dba DeleteNow Mr. Berman was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of MyPoints.com Inc. where he was responsible for the Company's domestic operations. As COO Mr. Berman initiated a major profit focused restructuring of the Company ahead of its acquisition by United Airlines. From 1998 through 2000 Mr. Berman held a variety of senior executive posts of increasing responsibility. Mr. Berman built the Company's sales and client resources operations (comprising 135 professionals) growing annual revenue to $64 million in 2000 from zero two years earlier.Before joining MyPoints.com Mr. Berman was President of three high growth consumer companies Goodstuffs Footprint Marketing and WineWrights. Earlier Mr. Berman was EVP of Sales for Willitts Designs a merchandising design company acquired by Hallmark Inc. At Willitts Mr. Berman profitably grew annual sales to $32 million from $1.5 million and managed more than 200 sales professionals.
