Overview
Daphane Carter serves as the Chief Academic Officer for KIPP Houston Public Schools. The Chief Academic Officer drives a culture excellence and high levels of student achievement contributes to the development of current and future school leaders manages the Head of Schools and ensures that the academic vision is executed with quality and fidelity. As a former Head of Schools she successfully led major efforts at several schools to increase student achievement and improvements in teaching learning and school status. Her experience includes serving at every level in PK 12 education as a chemistry teacher assistant principal principal and Deputy Head of Schools.
