Overview

Elisabeth Williams is the Co Founder and CEO of AWE Partners a boutique advisory firm that educates women on how to give invest and shop for impact from a place of authenticity. The firm also works closely with entrepreneurs to align their business mission and cause related passion.Lis began her career at Andersen Consulting and Continental Bank. She then embarked on a more entrepreneurial consulting career including the Chicagoland Enterprise Center a project of the Civic Club of Chicago. She continued to hone her skills in the not for profit community through volunteering serving on boards and providing pro bono consulting services in strategic planning. She has created programs for schools and churches in the areas of youth tutoring family outreach and women s faith sharing.Lis is passionate about educating women on allocating their charitable dollars and investments for maximum impact. Additionally she encourages them to discover meaning through sharing their gifts and talents in service to the world a practice she calls AWE thentic Impact. Lis is particularly focused on issues related to the empowerment of women and children worldwide.Lis holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana. She is a partner with Social Venture Partners Chicago and the founder and facilitator of the Kellogg Entrepreneur s Organization (KEO) West/NW Chicago Suburb Chapter.
