Overview
Luisa Lombera is the co-founder of Pixán LLC. Pixán is a social enterprise creating new value from the coffee processing waste stream at origin. In college, she studied Earth Systems and Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Energy at Stanford. After college, she worked at Rocky Mountain Institute and left to pursue a social enterprise-focused MBA at ESADE in Barcelona.
