Travis Pearson

Overview

Having joined DePaul Industries in 2004 as an Employment Specialist Travis has held leadership roles in nearly every branch of the organization. As COO Travis oversaw the operations of DePaul s three main business lines staffing security and food and consumer goods packaging. He supervised significant growth in the staffing division with the additions of offices in Oregon Maryland Arizona and Idaho. And under his leadership the security division grew from providing services solely to the public sector to a diversified business with private sector clients in various industries.Travis is a veteran of the US Marine Corps and has a background in intelligence and security he worked for various federal agencies during his time in the service as a security and intelligence analyst. Travis is a graduate of American Military University and earned an MBA from Washington State University. He is active in a variety of nonprofit social enterprise and food processing organizations and has presented at the Alternative Staffing Alliance and SourceAmerica national conferences. Travis' professional accomplishments and community service led him to be named one of the Portland Business Journal s Forty Under 40 in 2016.
