Overview

Victor incubated Decision Science at the NewSchools Venture Fund, where he was Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Victor was formerly Senior Advisor on Innovation to the President of Georgetown University and Deputy Mayor of the District of Columbia, where he oversaw the city’s $1+ billion education budget and helped put in place many reforms. Victor was also previously an elected member of the DC Board of Education. Victor has been an early investor and advisor to leading education technology companies, including TenMarks (acquired by Amazon), LearnZillion, Ellevation Education, KnowRe and csMentor. Before public service, Victor was CEO of RadioFutura (an early streaming media company) and a consultant to leading brands including AOL, PBS & Verizon. He has served on several nonprofit boards and is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Victor has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
